Who We Are
Piedra is operated by Worthunion int'l agency inc, 23880 Copper Hill Drive, Valencia, CA 91354, United States. You can contact us at worthunionagency@gmail.com.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide or create in the app:
- Account details: your name, email address, and password, or the identifier and any name or email Apple shares when you use Sign in with Apple.
- Business profile: company and contact details, logo, and anything you choose to publish on your business card.
- Projects and clients: client names and contact details you enter, project addresses, notes, tasks, schedules, estimates, quotes, invoices, documents, and client approvals and signatures.
- Photos, scans, and plans: photos you take or choose, LiDAR room scans, floor plans, measurements, and renders.
- Voice: audio you record with dictation, the voice assistant, or a live site visit, and the resulting transcripts and notes. Live visit recordings are stored in your workspace.
- Location: your precise location, only when you ask the app to fill in a project address from where you are, and only while the app is in use. Apple's location services turn it into a street address.
- Calendar: if you connect Google Calendar, the authorization needed to sync and the events you sync.
- Support messages you send us.
Our servers also record technical information when the app connects to them, such as IP address, device and operating system details, timestamps, and error logs, which we use to run, secure, and debug the service.
The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How We Use Information
- Provide account, workspace, project capture, room scanning, visual planning, rendering, estimate, quote, invoice, scheduling, and portfolio features.
- Store, sync, secure, troubleshoot, and support your account and project data.
- Generate AI-assisted drafts, plans, transcripts, summaries, and visuals when you use AI features.
- Communicate with you about support, security, legal, and product updates.
AI Features
AI features send the content needed for each request, such as your instructions, selected project details, photos, plans, measurements, voice recordings, and transcripts, to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic) so they can generate responses, transcripts, or renders. The app asks for your permission before first sending data for the assistant, project intake, and AI rendering.
AI outputs are drafts and may be inaccurate. Review and verify them before using them for construction, quotes, safety, code, permit, legal, financial, or engineering decisions.
Payments From Your Clients
When online card payment is offered on a quote or invoice, your client pays on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes the card details; we receive the payment amount and status, never the full card number.
How Information Is Shared
- Service providers that run the service for us: Supabase (backend, authentication, database, and file storage); OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic (AI features); Stripe (client card payments, when offered); Google (Calendar sync, if you connect it); and Apple (Sign in with Apple, speech recognition, and location services). They process information only as needed to provide their services to Piedra.
- People you share with: members of your workspace can see its data, and anyone with a link you share to a quote, invoice, or business card can see what that link shows.
- Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, and workspace data is restricted to members of that workspace. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Retention And Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.
You can delete your account in the app from Settings → Delete account, or by emailing support. Workspace access stops as soon as deletion is scheduled. You then have 30 days to sign back in and cancel. After that, we delete your sign-in, your profile and business card, and every workspace you own alone, including its projects, photos, scans, capture media, voice recordings and transcripts, visit notes, drafts, renders, clients, branding, assistant history, and stored files. We keep the quotes, invoices, receipts, and payment records from those workspaces, and your clients' messages on those quotes, with your business name, contact details, and payment handles removed, for tax and client-dispute purposes; amounts, line items, and what your client signed stay as they were. We keep these records for 7 years, then delete them. Shared workspaces keep their business records. We also keep a record that your account was deleted, without your name or email. See how account deletion works.
Your Choices
You can update account information in the app, choose whether to use AI features, request support, and delete your account. You control camera, photo library, microphone, speech recognition, location, and Face ID access in your device settings.

Piedra is intended for contractors and business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
