Permit Agent — End-User Terms and Third-Party Notices

Version 1.0 — July 30, 2026

Setup presents this document before installing anything. It is published here so you can read it before downloading.

1. What you are installing

The Piedra Revit add-in ("the software") is published by Worthunion int'l agency inc ("Worthunion"). By installing the software you agree to these terms. Builds marked UNSIGNED-DEVELOPMENT are unsigned pre-release builds intended for testing only.

2. The software is provided "as is"

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided "as is" and "with all faults", without warranty of any kind, and Worthunion disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the same extent, Worthunion and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the software. These disclaimers and limitations apply equally to Worthunion's suppliers, including Microsoft Corporation, which give no warranties of their own for their components and bear no liability to you for them.

3. Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime

Setup carries the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime bootstrapper and runs it only when the runtime is not already present on this PC. The WebView2 Runtime is Microsoft software: it is licensed to you by Microsoft Corporation under the Microsoft Software License Terms for Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, not by Worthunion. Microsoft serves those terms from its WebView2 download page. The runtime installs as a shared Windows component, updates itself through Microsoft's update mechanisms, and is never removed when the software is uninstalled.

4. Node.js

The software installs a private, package-owned copy of the Node.js runtime (node.exe only), used solely by the software and removed when the software is uninstalled. Node.js is distributed under the MIT License over a composite of permissive licenses; the complete license text installs beside the binary at runtime\node\LICENSE. Node.js is a trademark of the OpenJS Foundation; Worthunion and the software are not endorsed by or affiliated with the OpenJS Foundation.

5. uv

The software installs a private, package-owned copy of the uv runtime by Astral, dual-licensed under the MIT License or the Apache License 2.0. Both license texts install beside the binary, at runtime\uv\LICENSE-MIT and runtime\uv\LICENSE-APACHE. The copy is removed when the software is uninstalled.

6. pyRevit

pyRevit is not included in the download. When no pyRevit is present, Setup downloads pyRevit's own signed installer from pyRevitLabs' official release page on github.com, verifies it against a pinned digest, and runs it; you receive pyRevit directly from its authors under their license, the GNU General Public License v3.0. Source code and license: github.com/pyrevitlabs/pyRevit. When any existing pyRevit is detected, Setup stops before writing anything rather than modify it, and uninstalling the software never removes or alters pyRevit.

7. Export

The software and the third-party components above are subject to United States and other applicable export laws and regulations.
